Returns

Due to the delicate nature of the pins and other items in the shop, all sales are considered final. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send an email through the Contact link. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response and we will help resolve it as soon as possible. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items. We do not offer any exchanges at this time, so should a return be accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the pin only (shipping charges will not be refunded if your order has been shipped previously). The item must be in it's original condition with all original packaging. 

Earrings and any other jewelry are considered final sale. No returns will be accepted. 


Shipping

All our orders are currently shipped through USPS. Domestic mail is sent out as USPS First Class Mail and International orders are sent out as USPS International First Class Mail. 

All of our packages are sent out in padded bubble mailers. USPS considers these mailers to be a "Package" and not a "Large Envelope". So every order we ship will always be marked as a package. USPS will return items to us if it is not properly marked.  The padded bubble mailers are used to ensure that your pin arrives to you safely and undamaged. We are not responsible for any damages the shipment may occur during transit and that's why we use the padded mailers to ensure there is zero to no damage. Each pin is properly inspected for quality control during the packing process to ensure that you receive an A Grade pin (unless you've purchased a specific pin marked as B Grade). 

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed. Our automated shipping system will review your address and if there are any issues with it (missing apartment numbers, invalid zip codes etc.) we will contact you via email. Your order will not be shipped until we have verified your address and made any necessary corrections. Orders placed on the weekend will go out on the following Monday. If that Monday is a government recognized holiday and the Post Office is closed, they will ship out the following day. Domestic orders do not have insurance so if a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible. If you'd like to add insurance to your specific order please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. 

International

***Update: april 2, 2020*** Due to the current worldwide conditions; canada is the only country we are shipping to.

International orders are also processed within 24 hours. And orders placed during the weekend go out the following Monday. At this time, all international orders are sent out via USPS First Class. As we had mentioned previously, all our orders are shipped in padded bubble mailers. These are considered to be a package and not a "Large Envelope" so the shipping cost to send out of the U.S. is high. We also insure all of our international packages at no additional charge to the customer. If for some reason you notice your tracking number hasn't updated or the package is lost in transit please contact us and we will help accordingly. 

Usually a package can take between a week to two weeks to arrive. However certain countries can take longer. If your package hasn't arrived after 30 days of waiting, it is only then considered lost by USPS standards. So please try to contact us as early on as possible so we may help recover the package or figure out what's going on. 

Please note that different countries may charge different duties and fees when you go to pick up your package. Lulu Bloo is not responsible for any additional duties or fees you may incur. The rates vary for each country so you will need to contact your local postal service provider if you have any questions about fees and fee amounts. If you choose to reject the package when it arrives to you because you do not want to pay the duties and fees, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it we will issue a refund for your order minus the shipping charges. Since the order was shipped to you and returned, we've already been charged for shipping and those charges are non-refundable. 


Cancel an Order

If you've changed your mind about a recent order, just contact us and we will be more than happy to help! As long as your order hasn't been shipped out we can cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order is already in transit, we can't issue a cancellation. You must wait until the pins arrive and should you choose, you can send them back to us. You are responsible for any return shipping costs and we will issue a refund for your order minus the original shipping cost. 


Lulu Bloo Pin Club

If you've signed up to the Lulu Bloo Pin Club you can make adjustments to your subscription plan at any time. Locate the link in your confirmation email to manage your plan or email info@lulubloo.com. If you've already been charged for the coming month, we will cancel your future monthly subscription and you will be sent the pin for the month that has been paid for. So if you were charged in October for the November pin, you will receive the November pin and have your service cancelled starting the month of November, and so on. If you would like to add a pin from the shop to your order to consolidate shipping costs please email us and we will get that taken care of. Please email us prior to your subscription pin going out so we can manage your shipping and orders in a timely manner.
